Looking back I've always been that chubby girl, I still cringe at my baby photos, but now I've decided I can't change the past only the future, I just wanna be me, a healthy me, there is a smart, pretty, confident girl inside somewhere who doesn't need to hide behind baggy clothes and not be able to dress in shorts and skirts because she's afraid of her fat rolls, its not about waist measurements or scales Its about one day spotting your reflection in the mirror and liking what you see the self esteem that brings and the respect for your own body, I'm turning my dreams into reality I'm new to this blog thing but I hope it'll help you too ....
